Welcome to Abre, your window into your child's success! This school year, we are excited to launch Abre to parents/guardians, our new centralized student data portal. Abre gives you a complete, real-time view of your student's academic info in one secure, easy-to-use place. 

With Abre's Student 360, parents and guardians can view:

• Grades

• Schedules

• Attendance

• Announcements/Updates

• Forms/Uploads

To protect student privacy and comply with federal data safety guidelines, each parent or legal guardian must link their Abre profile using a unique Student Access Code. You may intiate this process through this Google Form:

Please note that if you enrolled your child after 7/31/2026, your Student Access Code will be automatically emailed to you without any need to fill out the above form. 

What Happens After You Submit the Form?

To keep your child's data secure, our system verifies your request against our official enrollment records:

• Instant Approval: If your submitted information matches our enrollment records, your Student Access Code will be emailed within a few minutes automatically. 

• Secondary Review: If your submitted information does not match our enrollment records, we will reach out to verify any mismatching details, and once those mismatches are resolved, your Student Access Code will be manually emailed to you and our enrollment records will hopefully be more up to date!

Setting Up Your Abre Account

The email with your Student Access Code will contain the steps needed to activate your account, which are:

1. Go to khpes.abre.io

2. Select "Family Member Login"

3. Log in using any of your existing Google, Microsoft, Apple, or Facebook accounts; Abre does not require you to make yet another new account or password!

4. Once logged in, click the Plus Icon in the top right corner.

5. Enter the Student Access Code you received to link your child to your account!
